Our offices are based in London, but our clients are all over the country. Whilst we love meeting our clients face to face, we are able to deal with your affairs completely remotely, saving you time and costs.

How do I engage MITLEV’s services?

I am looking for a price, what are your fees?

In order to provide you with a quotation, we can arrange a free, no obligation, consultation with you to discuss your individual needs. That way you will only pay for the level of support that you require. From this meeting we will provide you with an upfront fixed fee quote so you can confident that you are receiving the best value advice, with no hidden surprises. Our clients tend to prefer to pay monthly which is an option we can discuss in the meeting.

Do I need to meet with you?

To provide you with a quote for our services we would like to meet with you to understand how we can help you. It’s always best to meet with you in person but a video meeting or phone call also works!

The consultation we offer is free, with no obligation and is an opportunity for us to better understand your circumstances. We will then be able to provide you with an agreed fee for the services you require. 

How do I switch accountants?

It is easier to switch accountants than you may think! If you choose MITLEV, we can contact your current accountant on your behalf, to request your files and records. These are then sent to us directly and we can crack on with servicing you. 

Does MITLEV work with startups?

Yes, we specialise in delivering tailored financial solutions to startups, helping them navigate the challenging early stages of business. One of our passions here at MITLEV is to provide financial solutions to new businesses who may not yet have the relevant accounting and tax experience.

What is your Professional Fee Protection Insurance?

HMRC enquiries and investigations are increasing year on year. A tax investigation can be time-consuming, and the costs associated with an investigation can be devastating. Even if you are successful in defending yourself against HMRC, you cannot recover your costs from the tax authority. We have partnered with an insurance company that will cover all of our professional fees in dealing with your enquiry. Please get in touch for further information.
